JERKY MIX

Make delicious jerky at a fraction of the cost of commercially prepared brands. Just blend our Jerky seasoning mix with 1/4 cup water, stir and knead well into 2 pounds of extra lean ground beef, poultry, or game meat. Then shape, press, and dry in the oven or dehydrator at 160F for about four hours. Great tasting, fresh Jerky made with ground meat (beef, poultry, or game meat) of your choice. To make flank steak jerky, use 1/2 cup water and 1/4″ strips of meat. Marinate overnight and dry. Makes great beef logs too!

SALAMI MIX

Simply mix one packet of our premium seasoning blend with 1/3 cup of water, stir in two pounds of ground meat of your choice (beef, poultry or game meat), shape into logs and bake for one hour at 300F. A little spicier with a hint of garlic!

SUMMER SAUSAGE BOLOGNA

The mild taste you will always remember! Mix total package contents with 1/3 cup water and blend thoroughly with 2 pounds of ground meat. Divide into 2 portions and shape into compact rolls approximately 12 inches long. No casings are needed. Place the rolls onto a wire rack with a drip pan and bake one hour at 300F.

COUNTRY STYLE SAUSAGE MIX

Now you can enjoy the great maple taste of country style sausages prepared fresh in your own kitchen. Use our special, mild “Country Spiced” blend to create plump, juicy sausages from 2 pounds of ground meat (beef, poultry or game meat). Sausages are ready to eat in minutes. Perfect for breakfast or anytime.

SOUTHERN STYLE SAUSAGE

A mildly spicy homemade sausage mix that makes that perfect complement to any meal. Mix package contents with two pounds of ground meat. Then shape into patties, and skillet fry or broil. Ready in minutes.

PEPPERONI

Everybody’s favorite for a spicy taste! It’s easy…Combine one packet of our pepperoni seasoning mix with 1/3 cup water, add two pounds of ground meat (beef, poultry or game meat). Roll into logs and bake for one hour at 300F. Great for pizza, lunches, snacks, casseroles, and flavoring spaghetti sauce.
